- Marketing information such as campaign tags (UTM parameters) and advertising click identifiers (for example from Google or Meta) that show which ad or website brought you to us. We store this in your browser and attach it to your quote request.
- Information saved in your browser so the quote form can remember your answers if you leave and come back.
Information from other sources
We may receive information about you from insurance adjusters, property managers, real estate agents, home warranty companies, manufacturers, financing partners or people who refer you, when you ask us to work with them or they share it with your permission.

4. Photos you upload
We use your photos to evaluate the problem and prepare your estimate or insurance documentation. We do not publish photos that identify you or your property in our marketing without your permission.
5. Text messages and calls
If you give us your phone number, you agree that we may call and text you at that number about your request, appointments and project, which may include messages sent with automated technology. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time and HELP for help. Consent to calls or texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver messages to you.
6. Payments
Maintenance plan payments are processed by third-party payment processors such as Stripe, Square or PayPal. You enter your card or bank details directly with the processor, under its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your full card number. We receive limited information from the processor, such as your name, email, billing ZIP code, the plan you chose, payment status and the last four digits of your card, to schedule visits and keep records.
8. Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use browser storage and cookies to make the site work, for example to remember your quote form answers and how you found us. We use analytics tools such as Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We use advertising tools such as Google Ads and the Meta Pixel to measure our ads and show relevant ads to people who have visited the site.
You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can also adjust ad personalization at Google Ad Settings and in your Meta account ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on. Blocking cookies may affect how parts of the site work.
Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for that browser.
Do Not Track: there is no common standard for responding to browser “Do Not Track” signals, so we do not respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control as described above.
9. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy. Project records, photos and contracts are kept for the life of our warranties and as long as needed for legal, tax, licensing and insurance requirements. Quote requests that do not become projects are generally deleted or de-identified within two years. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it.
10. How we protect information
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), password-protected systems and access limited to people who need it. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information such as Social Security numbers or bank account numbers through the website.

We will verify your request by matching information you give us with information in our records, and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof that the agent is authorized. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. Some requests may be limited where we must keep information to complete your project, honor a warranty or comply with law.
12. Additional rights for residents of certain states
California. Under the California Online Privacy Protection Act, this policy describes the categories of information we collect, who we share it with, how you can review and request changes to it, how we notify you of changes, and how we respond to Do Not Track signals. If the California Consumer Privacy Act applies to us, California residents also have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; to delete and correct it; to opt out of its sale or sharing; and to not be discriminated against for using these rights. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you. Under California’s “Shine the Light” law, you may ask once a year whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their direct marketing; we do not do so.
Other states. Residents of other states with consumer privacy laws may have similar rights. We will honor requests as required by the laws that apply to us. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision.
13. Children
The Services are meant for adults and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
14. Other websites
The Services may link to websites we do not control, such as review sites, manufacturers, lenders and social networks. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
