Questions
Yes. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime by calling or emailing us, or from your payment receipt. Visits already completed aren't refunded.
Yes. Sediment on the bottom of the tank makes the burner overheat the steel and corrode faster. A yearly flush and anode check is the cheapest way to get more years out of a tank.
We photograph it and give you a written, upfront price before doing anything. Plan members get priority scheduling and a discount on repairs.
For water heater care and checkups, someone needs to let us in. For drain plans, yard access to the cleanout is usually enough.
Once a year suits newer homes on soft water. Twice a year is best for hard water, big trees or homes over 30 years old. Four times a year is for root-prone sewer lines and rentals.
