Maintenance plans

Your roof, on a schedule.

Moss, algae, clogged gutters and loose flashing never send a warning. Pick a plan and how often, and we show up on schedule with a photo report after every visit.

Year 1

Why it matters

What a roof grows when nobody looks.

  1. Year 1

    Dark streaks appear.

Those black stripes are algae feeding on the limestone filler in asphalt shingles. They hold heat and moisture.

  2. Year 2

    Moss moves in.

Moss grows in the shade and holds water against the roof like a wet sponge, through every rainy week.

  3. Year 4

    Shingles start to lift.

Moss pushes under shingle edges. Wind gets under them, water follows, and the deck starts to rot.

  4. One visit

    Treated and protected.

We treat it, clear it by hand and come back on schedule so it never gets that far again.

Angela M.Sacramento · Flat roof
Honest. They told me my roof had five good years left and didn't try to sell me one. Guess who I'm calling in five years.
Yolanda P.Citrus Heights · Inspection
Our standing seam roof looks incredible. The crew lead texted us a photo update at lunch every day.

Questions

Plan details.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Plans renew until you cancel, and you can cancel anytime by calling or emailing us, or from your payment receipt. Visits already completed aren't refunded.

Is the moss treatment safe for my plants and pets?

We use a soft-wash treatment made for roofs, rinse nearby plants before and after, and keep pets inside while we work.

What if you find damage during a visit?

We photograph it and send you a written quote before doing anything. Plan members get priority scheduling and a discount on repairs.

Do I need to be home?

No. We just need access to the yard. Your photo report arrives the same day.

Which frequency should I pick?

Once a year suits dry areas and newer roofs. Twice a year is best for shaded or tree-lined homes. Four times a year is for heavy trees and very wet regions like Washington and Oregon.

Not sure which plan fits?

We'll look at your roof, your trees and your weather and tell you honestly what it needs.
